innov8 Ventures Company LTD ("we", "us") collects a small amount of information so we can run a waitlist, ship products, and keep the site working. This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. If anything reads ambiguous, email [email protected] and we'll clarify.
Who we are
innov8 Ventures Company LTD is a product studio registered in Yangon, Myanmar. We're the data controller for everything described on this page.
What we collect
Only what you give us through the forms on this site, plus the bare minimum the web needs to function.
- Waitlist modal. When you click "Join the waitlist" and complete the modal, we collect your name and phone number (both required), your work email (optional), and which product you're interested in — innov8 People, Counter, Stock, or "tell me about all of them". The form also includes a hidden honeypot field used to filter automated submissions; if you're a human filling it in normally, it stays empty and we ignore it.
- Quick email box on the page. The "Request access" form near the bottom of the home page takes only an email and uses it to pre-fill the waitlist modal. Nothing is stored until you complete and submit the modal.
- Direct emails. If you write to [email protected], we keep the message and your address so we can reply and remember the thread.
- Server logs. Standard request logs — IP address, user-agent, referer, timestamp. Used to debug and block abuse. Rotated out after 30 days.
- Aggregate analytics. Anonymous page-view counts. No third-party trackers, no ad pixels, no cross-site identifiers.
Why we collect it
- To reach out to you about the product you signed up for — by phone or email, whichever you gave us.
- To rank waitlist spots fairly — first-in, first-served, by product.
- To keep the site fast and the team safe from spam and abuse.
- To decide which product to ship next, based on what people sign up for.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your data and we don't use it for advertising. We share only with the third parties that make the forms and the site work, and only what they need:
- Web3Forms (web3forms.com) — the service that relays our waitlist submission from the browser to our inbox. They receive everything you typed in the modal, plus the IP and user-agent the browser presents at submission time. See their privacy policy.
- Our email host and hosting/analytics providers, for the inbox, the logs, and the page-view counts described above.
If a law-enforcement request arrives, we'll comply with valid Myanmar or local court orders — and we'll tell you, unless we're legally barred from doing so.
How long we keep it
- Waitlist entries (name, phone, email, interest): until you ask us to remove them, or 24 months after the product they map to has launched — whichever comes first.
- Email threads: 24 months from the last reply, then archived.
- Server logs: 30 days.
Cookies
We don't set any tracking cookies. The site uses one or two functional cookies only when sign-in ships — we'll surface this on the page where it applies.
Your rights
If you're in Myanmar, the EU/UK, or anywhere with similar data-protection laws, you can:
- Ask for a copy of what we hold on you.
- Ask us to correct or delete it.
- Ask us to stop using it for a specific purpose.
- Complain to your data-protection authority — in Myanmar, the supervisory authority designated under Myanmar's Personal Data Protection rules; in the EU/UK, your local DPA.
To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. We aim to reply within 7 days and resolve within 30.
Changes to this page
If we change anything material, we'll update the "Last updated" date — and, for material changes, send a note to anyone on the waitlist before the change takes effect.
